Candidate for the Certified Public Accountant examination with over four years of experience in consulting and auditing. Mr. Nazario has a bachelor's degree in business administration with a major in accounting from the University of Puerto Rico Mayaguez Campus. 
Mr. Nazario has experience in advice on the management of federal and state funds; monitoring processes for state and federal programs; identifying, assessing, and minimizing the loss of funds through risk analysis; projection of income and expenses; drafting proposals and budget requests to the Fiscal Oversight and Management Board; preparation of
reports related to Permanent Improvement Funds. He worked in the planning and development of disclosure plans, billing, eligibility process, and awarding of projects under CDBG-DR funds for the Municipality of Coamo.

On the other hand, in consulting with private entities, he has extensive knowledge in; risk analysis; control evaluation; process evaluation; and internal audit. Among the clients served are the Department of Health, Autonomous Municipality of Coamo,
Caribe Federal Credit Union, Island Finance, Mueblería Berrios, PharmaMax, Puerto Rico Hospitals, Steel & Pipes, SuperTruck, among others.
